7+ years as a photographer in an e-commerce Product Photography environment Previous management experience or tenure as Sr Photographer Ability to photograph any item for studio production Execute highest of standards by setting up lighting, composition, color accuracy, and exposure for each shot Display expert technical knowledge of camera hardware, capturing software, studio lighting, and a strong eye for detail Pro knowledge with Capture One software and studio lighting equipment Superior skills in Photoshop Pro knowledge Operating experience of Mac OS Expert photographic abilities in all types of product photo especially in fashion Microsoft Office / 365 and Google Suite experience Ability to lift up to 50 pounds of equipment Fostering a culture of growth, respect, and collaboration Develop creative and technical skills of direct and indirect reports with regular feedback, demos, and frequent team and 1:1 meetings Quarterly and annual reviews of team consisting of associates at varying levels Provide supervision as well as mentoring, training, development, and performance management Overseeing and leading a team of direct and indirect reports Retention of top talent Critical thinking and partnering with the Studio Sr Manager Assist Studio Sr Manager / Leadership with additional projects such as (but not limited to); Creation and evolving of standards Development and mentorship of teams Long- and short-term business strategy Monthly budget tracking and reporting Supporting Studio Sr Manager on HR/People strategy to meet/exceed retention goals Creating and implementing new standards Thank you for your interest with Saks OFF 5TH.
