Manager, People Business Partner

job description The People Team Manager will work in cooperation with the Corporate People Business Team and Operation’s Management Team on a daily basis by managing the Human Resources administration and Corporate People Initiatives. Who You Are: ● You get things done by engaging in high level teamwork and flexing your interpersonal skills ● You have a passion for team goals and supporting other individuals and groups ● You have the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately ● You are resourceful and hold strong problem solving capabilities ● You possess a positive, solution-oriented and customer-focused attitude You Also Have: ● Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Retail, Business Management or other related field ● Minimum of 5 years of Human Resources/People Team experience ● Strong Verbal and written communication skills including a comfort level of speaking to a group and with company executive and senior leaders. ● Highly organized and detail oriented with ability to prioritize and multi-task ● Exhibit compassion and assertiveness.
