The company is currently in the midst of a dramatic expansion, driven by significant enhancements to its platforms and offerings, with the goal of becoming the preeminent destination for luxury internationally.Role Summary:The Manager, People Business Partner will support the Fulfillment Center teams based in La Vergne, TN. In this role, the Manager, PBP will be responsible for the execution of all People functions such as: organization design, employee relations, talent management, change management and recruitment.This leader will demonstrate integrity, empathy, grit, resiliency, accountability and self awareness. The key to success in this role lies in an adaptable and nimble approach.Job Responsibilities:Key Partner to the Fulfillment Center leadership teams through organizational development and change management initiatives including recruiting, organization design, evolution, development, restructuring, etcProvide timely and accurate professional partnerships with managementBuild relationships with internal People team partners as well as key cross-functional partnersEnsure top-level talent strategy is integrated into line-level actions through innovative learning and development opportunitiesDiagnose opportunities for learning and development programs; develop and facilitate organization-specific training sessions; assess training effectiveness through evaluationsPartner with leadership to resolve employee relation issues; provide coaching and counseling to management and staff; collaborate with legal counsel on issues as appropriateManage the talent review process to ensure consistent and fair decisions are made in regards to compensation; provide training and counseling on the overall talent processLead, develop and motivate a team of People Business PartnersProvide coaching to all areas of the organization regarding compensation strategy, levels and market dataPartner with Talent Acquisition for critical positions and direct overall headcount and staffing plansMaintain site policy and services and manage policy change roll-outs to ensure business adoption and/or understanding of changesSupport rollout of compliance initiatives and provide counsel to management in regards to local employment law and legislation changesAnalyze data and provide recommendations to improve processes, employee engagement and policy alignment across the businessKey Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of Human Resources experience in a fulfillment center, retail, or brand-focused environmentStrong generalist experience (employee relations, compensation, training and development, coaching/counseling, change management, recruiting etc. Manage the talent review process to ensure consistent and fair decisions are made in regards to compensation; provide training and counseling on the overall talent process. leadership, talent acquisition, accountability, counseling, business strategies, human resources, diplomacy, coaching, compensation strategy, change management, empathy, project management skills, training sessions, partnerships, employee relations, learning, self directed, organizational development, resilient, talent strategy, outstanding interpersonal skills, term, self awareness, delivering results, employee engagement, intellectually curious, interpersonal, word, business acumen, adaptable, cross-functional, project management, talent management, consistent, strategic thinking, organization design, resiliency, organizational systems, Senior Manager - Human Resources Business Partner, Talent Acquisitions Consultant & HR Business Partner, Senior Manager - Human Resources & Human Resources Business Partner, Senior Talent Development Consultant, Senior Global Human Resources Lead & Business Partner, Senior Talent Acquisitions & Human Resources Consultant, Manager Human Resources Business Partner, General Manager - People & Talent Operations, Senior Manager - Talent Acquisitions Strategic Services, Human Resources Business Partner - Senior
