Manager, People Business Partner

The company is currently in the midst of a dramatic expansion, driven by significant enhancements to its platforms and offerings, with the goal of becoming the preeminent destination for luxury internationally.Role Summary:The Manager, People Business Partner will support the Fulfillment Center teams based in La Vergne, TN. In this role, the Manager, PBP will be responsible for the execution of all People functions such as: organization design, employee relations, talent management, change management and recruitment.This leader will demonstrate integrity, empathy, grit, resiliency, accountability and self awareness.
