The Store Manager devises business strategies that will drive sales, service and loyalty through their store leadership team and colleagues to deliver the sales and profit objectives for the store. Essential Functions : • Observe, coach and role model customer-centric selling behaviors to drive sales and provide a fun shopping environment where all customers feel welcome • Drive the highest levels of courtesy and respectfulness in how we interact with and service our customers • Communicate individual store needs, market differences and merchandise assortment opportunities • Develop business partners including Central, Merchant and Support teams that drives business performance • Direct team on the operational standards of the store including merchandising, floor plans, logistics, visual directives, shipments, transfers, floor moves, signing and markdowns • Demonstrate product knowledge across all merchandise areas, including the ability to suggest and implement merchandising decisions to drive the business.
