Manager, Order to Cash

Position supports LS&Co's year-over-year growth of EBIT through effective leadership of order management processes, customer service, accounts receivable and 3rd party vendor management. Assist direct reports in developing relationships with business partners. * \- Responsible for hiring, training, coaching and developing the team to ensure excellent customer service, efficient and affective processing and analysis of orders and job satisfaction for team members. The mass changes are critical responsibilities that provide the movement and changes to the order file required to meet the business need. * \- Conduct check-ins and service level discussions with Sales and other key business partners to enhance relationships between Customer Order Management and the business.
