Oversee a team of designers, providing guidance and direction to ensure cohesive and innovative designs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as merchandising, sourcing, and production to ensure timely and efficient product development.
Research current fashion trends and consumer preferences to inform product development decisions.
Manage the product development budget, including sourcing and negotiating with vendors to ensure quality and cost-effective materials.
Conduct regular meetings and presentations to update team members and stakeholders on the progress of product development.
Ensure all products meet quality standards and are delivered on time.
Continuously evaluate and improve the product development process to increase efficiency and meet business goals.
Stay updated on industry developments and incorporate new technologies and techniques into the product development process.
Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting creativity and innovation within the team.
