MANAGER OF BRAND MARKETING

The Manager of Brand Marketing, Hanes is a critical component of the brand team, responsible for helping guide brand strategy and brand guardrails, executing marketing plans (both media buys and brand programs), and working closely cross-functionally (with product management teams, customer sales teams, DTC teams) and with outside agencies to drive success for the Global Hanes brand, which does $1.8 billion in sales annually. ), often acting as the “internal agency partner” Manages brand budgets including annual planning and monthly budget reporting Proactively keeps abreast of industry trends and new technology, sharing knowledge with colleagues Qualifications Minimum Education/ Experience: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field with 7+ years relevant work experience; 4+ years of equivalent work experience can be substituted for Bachelor's degree Preferred Education/ Experience: Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field with 5+ years relevant work experience 7+ years of relevant marketing experience in a fast-paced, consumer-driven, product-oriented company; brand management experience in consumer packaged goods a plus Experience in brand management, marketing communications and media planning (including traditional advertising/media, digital and social media, PR and influencer marketing), e-commerce, and performance marketing analytics Experience with iconic brands preferred Job Specific Competencies The successful candidate will have strong communications skills, excellent interpersonal/people skills, strong analytical skills, impeccable business ethics and a track record of delivering business results.
