Manager, Merchandising Operations - Fashion

This role leads complex cross-functional initiatives, resolves upstream and downstream operational issues, and drives structured, data-driven improvements that enable merchandising strategies at scale. • Serve as a subject matter advisor on item dependencies across the full item lifecycle (setup, maintenance, governance, execution). • 2+ years of experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives. Preferred Qualifications • Strong organizational and project management skills with ability to manage multiple high-impact initiatives simultaneously. You will also receive PTO and/or PPTO that can be used for vacation, sick leave, holidays, or other purposes.
