If you have a proven track record of success in merchandising, along with exceptional leadership and communication skills, we invite you to apply for this exciting opportunity.\n\nDevelop and implement the overall vision and strategy for the Calvin Klein brand in partnership with other departments and senior leadership.\n\nLead and manage the merchandising team, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure the team's success and growth.\n\nAnalyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor strategies to identify opportunities for growth and development.\n\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams including design, production, and marketing to create a cohesive and profitable product assortment.\n\nOversee the development and execution of product assortment plans, ensuring alignment with brand objectives and financial goals.\n\nManage the product lifecycle from concept to delivery, including product development, sourcing, pricing, and inventory management.\n\nConduct regular store visits and analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for adjustments in product assortment.\n\nCommunicate regularly with senior leadership to provide updates on merchandising strategies, performance, and future plans.\n\nFoster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork, creativity, and innovation within the merchandising team and across departments.\n\nStay current on industry trends, market competition, and customer preferences to inform merchandising strategies and decisions.\n\nEnsure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as legal and ethical standards.\n\nRepresent the Calvin Klein brand and values in all interactions with internal and external stakeholders.\n\nContinuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of merchandising strategies and make adjustments as needed to drive business growth and profitability.
