MANAGER, MEDIA – PAID SEARCH AND DISPLAY - Hybrid

Description: Are you a marketer looking for an opportunity to drive innovation and growth in advertising? Are you passionate about full-funnel marketing and optimizing media touchpoints throughout the customer journey? As a Manager of Media on the Marketing team, you will be responsible for leading media channels and programs including paid search, display advertising, and audio platforms for the PINK brand. You will collaborate with cross-functional partners to execute media programs and campaigns, analyze media performance, identify optimization opportunities, and deliver effective results against key business objectives for the PINK brand and Victoria’s Secret & Co. Lead planning, execution, and analysis of paid media programs and campaigns Activate and optimize media plans supporting full-funnel marketing strategies, inclusive of both brand and performance marketing Manage multi-million-dollar budget and relationships with agencies, vendors, and publishers Collaborate with Marketing Strategy, Creative, and Production teams to develop creative assets and launch into market Develop insights and actions based on qualitative and quantitative analytics Stay current on the latest marketing trends, identify new and emerging advertising opportunities, and influence innovation Coach and manage a direct-report media analyst Qualifications Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field 5-7 years of experience in digital marketing within an agency or retail organization Experience in digital marketing, media planning, advertising or other related areas required Outstanding analytical skills and experience in performance optimization Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) Experience leading direct reports, cross-functional teams, and vendor relationships An equal opportunity employer, we do not discriminate in hiring or terms and conditions of employment because of an individualís race, color, religion, gender, gender identity, national origin, citizenship, age, disability, sexual orientation, pregnancy, genetic information, marital status or any other protected category recognized by state, federal or local laws.
