Reporting to Senior Director of Global Materials Development Footwear for the development and introduction of sustainable materials supporting Coach Lab for footwear. Understand and educate material impacts, possible lifecycle impacts of materials used with the process to create footwear. Create briefs on benefits of new materials as alternative to traditional materials Collaborate with Coach Lab, design team & global partners to introduce new materials, techniques and alternative construction methods for appropriate seasonal launches, expanding the Footwear sustainable collections. Dealing with Ambiguity: Can effectively cope with change; can shift gears comfortably; can decide and act without having the total picture; isn’t upset when things are up in the air; doesn’t have to finish things before moving on; can comfortably handle risk and uncertainty.
