Reebok Classics leverage the brand’s fitness heritage and represent the roots of the brand in the sports lifestyle market. Purpose: The Manager, Product Storytelling & Marketing for Reebok Sport drives the creation of the global marketing strategy, campaign development, and select partnerships for Reebok Sport products – focused primarily on the Nano franchise (training footwear). for seasonal initiatives and product drops across all channels including retail, .com, paid media, social and PR Operational Excellence Facilitate key meetings for marketing review within Marketing teams (inclusive of Reebok Product Storytelling & Marketing teams and ABG) Create and maintain deliverable lists and project status documents Strategic Planning Work with Product Marketing and Concept to Consumer team (CTC) to truly understand the product’s positioning, distribution and consumer, ultimately helping ensure effective marketing positioning and campaign development Manage the Mid-Funnel paid media campaigns in partnership with Reebok Media team and the Category Management team Participate in team brainstorming sessions, bringing new ideas and partners to the table that are rooted in consumer insights and industry trends Champion a “digital first” (.com/paid media) mindset by collaborating with internal Digital Brand Commerce team to ensure seamless digital storytelling that’s optimized for conversion Ensure Sport team is prepared for seasonal shoots by checking/tracking sample inventory, inclusive of submitting proper order requests. Marketing Activation Head Up the development of Activation Plans for Sport products that provide Global Operating Partners with the strategies they need to execute locally Collaborate with Channel Marketing Teams (PR, Social, DBC) to include strategies and tactics in Activation Plan Liaise with key markets to help facilitate execution of activation tactics Key Relationships: Marketing, CTC, Product Marketing, Marketing Operations, PR & Social, Digital Brand Commerce, Internal and External Agencies Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Sound knowledge of the Training footwear category Outstanding organizational skills; the ability to prioritize, multi-task and manage time Works well in a highly collaborative environment Sound project management and leadership skills Self-starter; able to take direction, but confident in own decision-making and ability to manage projects autonomously Sound skills in creating PowerPoint and Excel documents Meticulous attention to detail Sound writing skills with a passion for storytelling Creative thinker; always on the lookout for the next story and/or opportunity Conversant in social and owned media strategy Experience working with talent and executives Event management experience This event is open to experienced, wholesale fashion industry job seekers.
