The Foods Hourly Manager is responsible for running an efficient, professional, safe and profitable food operation following all company standards. • Assist with monitoring and documenting employee performance, and assist with the delivery of employee performance appraisals. • Utilize daily sales reports and weekly food cost and payroll reports to ensure monthly profit/loss goals are met. • Assist in timely payment of invoices according to vendor contracts and Food Division Best Practices.
