Job Overview

Bloomingdale's is seeking a highly energetic, support associate to join our Personal Shopping Team. As a Bloomingdale's Personal Shopping Assistant, you will play a key role in enhancing the appearance of our store, creating a neat, clean and organized shopping environment for our customers.

Essential Functions

Upholding all Bloomingdale's OUTSTANDING presentation standardOffering customer service to internal and external customersGreeting all customers promptly and delivering "friendly and attentive service"Basic understanding of merchandise-the features and benefitsLocate pre-sold merchandise for customers as neededAdditional selling support assignments according to the business needsFlexibility with schedule, dependent upon business needs

Qualifications
