Manager, Loyalty Marketing

This role will also oversee the Saks OFF 5 th gift card program. Manage and execute key activations to drive loyalty retention as well as acquisition, including early access, free shipping & free returns, tier migration initiatives, omnichannel personalization, benefits collateral Support the scoping and launch of new tender neutral loyalty program Manage growth and marketing of gift card program and work with external partners on gift card marketing and awareness driving initiatives Plan the loyalty budget line items and manage them monthly Oversee monthly and annual reporting of loyalty KPIs working alongside platform vendor, and share out cross functionally as appropriate Identify key opportunities in the client database and propose new ways to drive key metrics to further improve engagement and KPIs Partner with Creative and Content teams on creative development processes Partner with Credit Card team to create synergies to market programs together and identify opportunities to align campaigns Represent loyalty channel in meetings and cross functional alignments and partnership with cross functional teams (social, mobile, site, email, inventory, brand marketing, campaign & content, finance and store teams) Thank you for your interest with Saks OFF 5TH.
