Company: Global leader in the beauty industry Responsibilities: Job Summary This position is integral to our efforts to maximize data and creativity to drive customer education, satisfaction, and revenue. You will work closely with the Executive Director, Global eCommerce to provide support and execute on digital strategies as it relates to loyalty and retention programs. Key Responsibilities Develop marketing campaigns and programs that drive active user engagement, product adoption, and subscription revenue Set email marketing strategy, based on company goals and priorities, track performance, manage reporting, and develop recommendations based on findings Set up email templates, manage QA and deploy campaigns for product launches, feature announcements, and seasonal promotions Design and build automated email nurture programs across the customer life-cycle Analyze campaign results and customer behavior to identify actionable opportunities for upsell, increased subscriber revenue and improved customer retention. A demonstrated ability to manage end-to-end email campaigns, from audience segmentation to email creative development, to deployment and measurement. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to develop and self-edit campaigns, present results in an easily understandable and actionable manner to all levels of the company, and lead team discussions around campaign strategy and best practices.
