MANAGER INVENTORY PLANNING RETAIL

As the Manager Inventory Planning you will be responsible for developing the overall financial and inventory management strategy for your area of responsibility. You will lead a team of Inventory Planners and Allocation/Replenishment Planners in their daily efforts, supporting their career development through ongoing coaching. You will develop, execute, communicate, and maintain strategic merchandise financial plans and strategies including store replenishment that support the merchandising, marketing and financial objectives and strategies of a division/departments. Conducting in-season performance tracking, reporting and analysis. or equivalent work experience A minimum of 5 years’ experience in inventory management or related position A solid understanding of common planning and forecasting processes and procedures Organizational skills and attention to detail Proficient use of Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and other PC based applications including MFP, OBIEE, Business Objects, Mainframe Leadership, relationship building, and collaboration skills Executive presence to effectively present in key milestone meetings
