In this role, you will work with the broader Internal Communication and Human Resource teams and key contacts across the Company to develop internal communications plans and materials that engage and educate the Company’s diverse employee populations and support a people-centric culture. The Manager, Internal Communication and Engagement, will partner with Human Resources and other teams and functions across the Company to communicate employee programs and culture initiatives, focusing on making Centric Brands a place where people love to come to work and are enabled and inspired to do their best. You will be working with people at every level, keeping them informed of news and positive developments in the Company and ensuring they stay in the loop. Engagement & Event Management Help establish employee engagement programs, including identifying opportunities to connect with employees and developing key messages and communications material to support those programs. 5-7 years related experience Brilliant short and long-form writing and storytelling skills, with an ability to generate and execute “breakout” ideas.
