Manager Integration And Delivery

We are inviting applications for our Manager of Integration and Delivery. We find beauty in YOU. \- Plans, schedules & monitors work activities in order to meet time & quality targets to accomplish the long-term goals of the organization \- Inform, update, influence, & follow-up on execution of new AOP strategies & operational tactics for new products/business lines using sound analysis & impact metrics to support position \- Creates, leads, & implements change & process management programs/tools for the department \- Develop strong collaborative relationships with key stakeholders across the company including product marketing, product management, finance & sales operations for both stores & full service \- Work with other revenue functions (sales, marketing, pricing, merchandising) to build a unified business plan & communicate the execution of the plan \- Coordinates with field operation leadership complex, cross-functional initiatives & launches (i.e. set process, deadlines, end-to-end deliverables) \- Manage multiple concurrent projects throughout their full lifecycle, from creative briefs, project start up, change mgmt., execution through completion & wrap-up \- Partners with senior leadership ensuring efficient implementation of each deployment step, including delegating duties to all needed parties & keeping team members informed of the project needs, deadline changes, & functionality \- Provide strong problem-solving leadership related to shaping strategic focus & operational approach for business initiatives \- Identify & escalate the most critical issues to resolve project risks & manage mitigation process with project team & stakeholders with field operations leadership & help develop project teams towards integrating such solutions \- Break down issues into key components & design analytical & operational approaches to identify solutions & successfully deliver projects on time, on br&, & on budget \- Complete other duties as assigned \- Demonstrated work experience in project, change & task management proficiency with the ability to prioritize & execute accordingly with a commitment to follow-through \- Builds Collaborative/Organizational trusting Relationships with the desire to work in a team-oriented work environment \- Strong leadership & management skills Engage & Inspire: High energy with a strong sense of urgency \- Drives Organization success/results with a flexible & pragmatic approach to getting things done \- Ability to quickly adapt & learn with the flexibility to adjust to multiple demands, shifting priorities, ambiguity, & rapid change \- Ability to make key decisions as they relate to service disruptions & problems \- Ability to plan, schedule & monitor work activities in order to meet time & quality targets \- Ability to rapidly absorb new technical information, business acumen, & apply it effectively \- Organizational Influencer \- An interest in, & understanding of, change (people) management, project management techniques & computing systems with strong problem solving & analytical skills \- Ability to work well within a multi-disciplinary team structure, but also independently \- Enthusiasm for the beauty industry & its products We offer a competitive salary and outstanding benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, life Insurance, paid vacation and sick days, paid holidays, tuition reimbursement and 401(k) with company match.
