They motivate the store team and provide a model of customer service excellence, while gaining the knowledge and skills required to effectively supervise the store. We have an opening for a Full Time Manager In Training at our Scottsdale Quarter Center (Scottsdale, AZ) location. QUALIFICATIONS:•One + year(s) successful retail experience and High School diploma (Post-Secondary education encouraged, retail management degree a plus).•Excellent interpersonal communication skills, promoting effective sales and customer relations.•Ability to coordinate activities of others.•Ability to work in a fast paced environment.•One year specialty apparel retail management experience required.
