The MT works with the Assistant Manager and Store Manager to drive business success. They motivate the store team and provide a model of customer service excellence, while gaining the knowledge and skills required to effectively supervise the store. • One + year(s) successful retail experience and High School diploma (Post-Secondary education encouraged, retail management degree a plus). • Meet personal sales goals and motivate others to drive store sales performance. • Contribute to a positive team environment in the store.
