The Role
Thread + Seed is seeking a Manager In-Training to grow with us and join our leadership team. This role is perfect for a passionate, sales-driven leader who loves working directly with clients on the sales floor while developing a high-energy team.
As a hands-on leader, you will thrive in a structured environment, enjoy keeping things organized, and take pride in creating a welcoming, elevated boutique culture.
What You’ll Do
Drive Sales: Achieve store targets through personalized clienteling, wardrobing, and thoughtful upselling.
Lead the Floor: Act as a brand ambassador, curating our signature "The Style Palette" experiences.
Mentor Teams: Coach and train sales associates to elevate product knowledge and build lasting client relationships.
Master Operations: Keep the "behind-the-scenes" as beautiful as the sales floor by managing inventory, scheduling, and daily priorities with precision.
Connect Locally: Represent us at neighborhood staples like the South Park Walkabout, turning neighbors into lifelong clients.
Utilize Tech: Drive efficiency using our digital inventory and POS systems.
What You’ll Bring
Minimum 3 years of fashion retail experience, including 2+ years in a retail leadership role.
Proven track record of hitting sales goals, wardrobing, and clienteling.
A proactive, hands-on leadership style with a passion for developing others.
Open availability, including weekends and holidays.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
