MANAGER, HUMAN RESOURCES (Marketing)

Interviews may take place via video and candidates will be notified of this when scheduling interviews. - 25% - Talent Engagement o Thought partner to leaders on organizational structuring, succession planning, and all talent needs o Support, manage and advise to successful resolution any employee concerns (including investigations) o Develop strategy for and lead chat groups, climate surveys and all other engagement activities o Deliver individual coaching to leaders and employees at all levels; advise on development opportunities and potential actions - 25% - Talent Acquisition o Lead and manage all efforts to recruit, hire and onboard employees within area of responsibility; partner with recruiters through all phases of the process and serve as point of contact for candidates to ensure exceptional experience o Lead College recruitment and internal search efforts for client group - 20% - Talent Development o Facilitate educational activities to include one-on-one coaching, development opportunities, and stand-up class-room facilitation o Manage and execute talent development and educational initiatives in coordination with Centers of Excellence partners - 15% - Cycle of Performance o Drive all performance management initiatives, including goal development, annual and mid-year employee performance appraisals and review process. - Must have: o Minimum 3-6 years progressive HR business partner experience with a large, primarily exempt population in a corporate environment o Must have had successful HRBP responsibility for a client group o Demonstrated successful experience in talent acquisition, leader of diverse talent searches at all levels o Demonstrated success/strength in the area of employee relations, to include managing workplace investigations o Bachelors degree - Prefer: o Retail industry experience o PHR certification NOTE: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
