Summary Based primarily in the Boston boutique with responsibility for nearby market locations, this role delivers in-boutique and off-floor training, onboarding, and one-on-one coaching. The role partners with boutique leadership to drive service standards, styling development, and retail performance. Responsibilities Deliver inspiring in-boutique training sessions on collections, product knowledge, service behaviors, and styling.Coach Style Advisors and Fashion Advisors through workshops, individual coaching, and on-site evaluations to build styling confidence and client advisory skills.Facilitate onboarding and new hire programs to ensure consistency of product and service standards from day one.Promote and track digital learning completion and monitor training effectiveness through observation and qualitative feedback.Partner with Boutique Leadership to co-create action plans, support KPI tracking, and provide qualitative insights to support business objectives.Support client styling appointments in boutiques and follow up on styling development and client opportunities.Requirements
