The Manager, Fashion Expertise is based primarily in the Dallas boutique and supports boutiques across the market to translate the House's creative vision into exceptional client service and styling. This role delivers on- and off-floor training, develops styling capability, and partners with boutique leadership to elevate retail performance. The Manager coaches advisors, drives interactive learning, and supports onboarding and talent development across the market. Conduct on-site coaching and evaluations, support talent progression, and travel frequently across boutiques in the market. Proven experience in retail training, coaching, and evaluation with recognized styling expertise.
