Manager, Fashion Expertise

Summary The Manager, Fashion Expertise is based in the Boca Raton boutique and is responsible for transmitting the House's creative vision to boutique teams to elevate styling, product knowledge, and luxury service. Responsibilities Deliver in-boutique training on collections, product knowledge, service behaviors, and collection messaging tailored to the local market.Coach Style Advisors and Fashion Advisors through styling workshops, individual coaching, and evaluation to strengthen personalized client styling and sales skills.Partner with Boutique Leadership to create development plans, follow up on KPIs and VOC, and implement action plans addressing sales and client opportunities.Support and animate client styling appointments and market-wide initiatives in collaboration with the Fashion Expertise Home Office.Design and deliver new-hire onboarding programs and promote digital learning completion and tracking.Requirements Minimum 5 years of related experience in luxury fashion, retail, or hospitality with proven retail training or coaching experience.Recognized styling expertise, strong fashion sensibility, and outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.Proven ability to manage, motivate, and develop talent and to provide structured feedback to boutique teams.Ability to travel frequently across boutiques within the market and work late nights, weekends, and some holidays.Bachelor's degree preferred; ability to lift 15 lbs and stand for extended periods; foreign language skills a plus.
