The Manager transmits the creative vision of the House to boutique teams, enabling compelling storytelling, exceptional service, and the finest style experience for every Chanel client. ResponsibilitiesDrive interactive learning on and off the boutique floor, delivering in‑boutique training on collections, savoir‑faire, product knowledge, and service behaviors.Support retail staff in understanding and communicating Chanel’s fashion singularity; promote monthly digital learning content and track completion.Coach Style Advisors to enhance personalized style advice, curate looks, and build strong client relationships; animate styling workshops.Monitor styling training effectiveness through observation and feedback.Partner with Boutique Leadership on styling development and KPI tracking.Identify individual training and coaching needs; conduct on‑site coaching and evaluations, providing structured feedback.Recognize and support the progression of styling and retail talent toward advanced roles.Collaborate with Boutique Leadership to drive product and style content transmission, support business objectives and address slow sellers.Design and deliver onboarding programs for new hires, ensuring consistency with Chanel’s heritage and DNA.QualificationsRecognized styling expertise and a strong fashion flair.Client‑centered mindset focused on extraordinary experiences.Significant experience in luxury fashion, retail, or hospitality.Proven experience in retail training, preferably in the luxury sector.Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills for groups of all sizes.Ability to manage, motivate and build a collaborative, team‑focused culture.Excellent organization and multi‑tasking with project deadlines.Sound judgment, autonomy, and decision‑making skills.Willingness to travel frequently within the market.Passion for Chanel, its heritage and commitment to social initiatives.Foreign language skills are a plus but not required.Position LogisticsMinimum 5 years of related experience.Bachelor’s degree preferred.Must be able to lift 15lbs and stand/walk for extended periods.Flexible schedule: ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.In‑store presence required for coaching and maintaining boutique standards.CompensationBase salary range: $92,400 – $107,000. Variable pay, bonus potential, benefits, and perks may be offered.
