Summary This role is based primarily in the San Francisco boutique and supports CHANEL boutiques across the market, including Neiman Marcus San Francisco, Palo Alto, and Nordstrom Valley Fair. The Manager, Fashion Expertise transmits the House's creative vision to boutique teams, develops styling expertise, delivers in-boutique and digital training, and partners with Boutique Leadership to elevate client experience and boutique performance. Responsibilities Design and deliver inspiring in-boutique and off-floor training on collections, product knowledge, styling, and luxury service standards.Coach Style Advisors and Fashion Advisors through individual feedback, workshops, and on-site evaluations to strengthen styling and client advisory skills.Partner with Boutique Leadership and the Fashion Expertise Home Office to align training with business objectives, monitor KPIs, and follow up on action plans.Support onboarding and new-hire programs to ensure consistent delivery of CHANEL heritage, codes, and client experience from day one.Provide qualitative client and styling feedback to the Home Office and drive monthly digital learning adoption and tracking.Travel frequently across boutiques in the market to sustain and elevate retail boutique performance.Requirements
