Description of Responsibilities: The Manager, Employee Relations & Investigations will develop a labor relations business strategy, provide a strategic guidance on labor relations issues, perform duties inclusive of employee relations, change management and performance management. As a member of the Giorgio Armani Human Resources Department, the Manager, Employee Relations & Investigations, provides leadership and guidance with all Human Resources functions to the Retail Management Team and all field employees. Provide support and coaching with all employee relations, performance management matters and progressive disciplinary strategies, up to and including terminations. Provide training and support to management.
