Accountable to implement and/or support strategies to achieve continuous improvement. Responsible for ensuring the highest levels of safety and morale through implementation and execution of all HBI safe work standards and holding a leadership role in the safety steering committee and disseminating those standards and expectations to all HBI employees, contract workers, temporaries, and visitors to the facility. Coordinates workflow through the department in support of, and in cooperation with other departments throughout the work flow stream. Continuous Improvement: Drive process improvement through Lean concepts and problem solving techniques. Minimum: High School Diploma or GED and 4 years in a role with similar scope supervising or managing a department(s), shift and/or team’s workflow, KPIs, safety, and/or staffing.
