You've got this if you Have... \- Minimum 5 years experience in management roles with progressively larger responsibility \- Minimum 5 years management experience in e-commerce \- Ability to build strong relationship with peers and senior leadership \- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills \- Proficiency in MS Office suite \- Expert in Google Analytics and able to train other team members \- Clear and effective written and verbal communication and strong interpersonal skills \- Relevant ecommerce or multichannel retail experience preferred.
