MANAGER, DIGITAL MARKETING, AMAZON PARTNERSHIP

This role will be incremental in leading the strategy, creation and optimizations of our Children’s Place campaigns within Amazon Advertising. This role will report into the Director of Amazon and will cross functionally work with the company’s agency partners, Digital Marketing team, Amazon Merchandising team and Amazon Advertising partners. This position fills a critical function within a fast-paced, results oriented digital marketing team. pay-per-click strategies, keyword research, DSP, ad testing, competitor research, and analysis) Work cross functionally with our digital agency partner and Amazon Advertising Partner Collaborate with the internal digital marketing team to manage and report on key KPIs highlighting successes, trends and opportunities within our own and operated business. Provide insight on best practices and program enhancements to optimize Amazon campaigns Conceptualize and lead the build out of a new campaign strategy for a new brand launch Provide media plans from strategy to execution and follow up presentations with results & insights Product management reports and analysis on the tests and marketing programs and maintain a history of program performance Analyze and monitor Amazon’s ever changing platform implementing changes Manage channel budgets and forecasting Evaluate and improve on current practices, automate common processes, and taking the initiative to improve current business Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field 3+ years of experience in marketing or related role ideally within a multi-channel retailer or agency 1+ years working within the Amazon Advertising portal, preferred but not mandatory Skills and Behaviors: Strong leadership, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word Strong analytics skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze and communicate to leaders Ability to work towards multiple deadlines with shifting priorities Ability to work independently and as part of a team
