Manager - Digital Imaging And Retouching

Fossil is on a mission to revamp the way fashion accessories are done. Fossil is seeking a Digital Imaging Manager to manage the Fossil Group retouching team and ensure the timely, effective and high-quality delivery of digital assets. In this role, the qualified candidate will be responsible for managing the daily operations of a team of internal retouchers, image coordinators, and an external retouching partner. This position will perform high-end, high resolution retouching and color correcting and take seasonal project files from raw to final, corrected to spec, composed, optimized, and made print-ready for a variety of print and digital formats.This integral role develops and maintains the high standards of Fossil photo imagery. They will be responsible to build and strengthen the current image formatting guide system that already exists and make sure it is always accurate and reliable.
