The hire will be responsible for expanding and optimizing our data assets and data ecosytem, as well as optimizing data flow and collection for cross functional teams. Additionally, the candidate will play a role in Data Management across the Tapestry organization. This includes database maintenance and auditing, project management and supporting cross-functional teams such as IT, CRM, Customer Experience, Privacy and Marketing with data-related projects. The successful individual will leverage their proficiency in data engineering and management to: Strong analytic skills and hands on experience working with both structured and unstructured datasets along with a natural curiosity to understand data and apply to business challenges.
