We seek people who share our values and our ferocity for fit. We are seeking an experienced leader to join our Customer Marketing team in St. Louis as a Manager, CRM Lifecycle Campaigns. Develop customer segmentation strategies and tactics to increase relevancy of messaging and content to drive emotional connection and commercial volume in stores and online Proactively manage customer acquisition and retention strategies for email and SMS to maximize customer list health, click through, and conversion, while minimizing opt-out Partner with analytics team to understand customer, segment, and campaign results, gain learnings and define areas of improvement and growth Develop and deliver CRM Lifecycle plans and results on a regular basis to the business – monthly, seasonal, quarterly, and year-end Benefits you’ll enjoy: 30% shoe discount for all Caleres brands Full benefits that start day one (medical, vision, and dental) Retirement benefits that start day one with company matching Relaxed dress code Qualifications We seek people with these qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field preferred 3-5 years’ experience in Customer Relationship Marketing Retail Marketing experience preferred Direct Mail, Email, SMS and Push Mobile Marketing experience preferred (specifically Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Attentive) Strong organizational and planning skills We care deeply about our associates and are committed to ensuring a safe & healthy work environment.
