We currently have an opportunity for a Manager, Credit & Loyalty Marketing - maurices to join our team located at our Corporate Office-maurices-Duluth, MN 55802. Position Overview: General Description As the Manager, Credit & Loyalty Marketing, you will be responsible for helping to lead the development, implementation, and management of the maurice’s loyalty and private label credit card (PLCC) programs. Partner with Store Operations to develop special programs and store training to drive loyalty & PLCC initiatives in the field as well as to develop programs to support key holidays and in store events Partner with Customer Care to instill the Loyalty Program knowledge Coordinate with internal and agency partners to execute the day-to-day operations of the Loyalty & PLCC marketing programs including email and direct mail, promotion setup, In store signage collateral and training Architect user stories that support immersive member experiences across channels and through the passage of time ·       Program Performance Develop a Test & Learn approach to evaluate program elements and drive innovation Establish, socialize, monitor, and achieve programs KPIs Work Experience and education requirements Education and Experience Bachelor’s degree is marketing, advertising or communications is preferred Experience leading, influencing and collaborating with internal and external partners 5 + years experience in building and managing loyalty/membership/card programs with proven ROI Strategic thought leader who can develop and execute programs and campaigns that engage members Attention to detail and strong organizational skills with ability to multitask Entrepreneurial spirit, a demonstrated sense of urgency and a results-oriented approach.
