Manager, Consumer Insights

As part of this work, the team performs primary consumer research and conducts detailed analyses to help business partners across brands, functional areas and geographies develop key insights about their consumers and implications for their business. Work with other members of the Strategy team and business partners to proactively identify, develop and drive key consumer insights projects Plan, organize, and support consumer research by working closely with internal team and external vendors Work closely with the data labs team to incorporate advanced analytical capabilities Formulate presentations and recommendations based on consumer insights Develop strong relationships with business partners at all levels Use both quantitative and qualitative data sources to drive decisions and successfully generate results Demonstrated thought leadership / critical thinking skills Exceptional problem solving and analytical skills; Strong intellectual curiosity and capacity to constructively question assumptions; Ability to generate innovative insights from rigorous analysis Exceptional oral, written and formal presentation skills Drive, self-confidence and initiative to work cross-functionally, be a team player, and interface effectively with various departments The ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, meet deadlines and manage multiple projects Strong business acumen and interest in working in retail Our Competencies for All Employees Dealing with Ambiguity: Can effectively cope with change; can shift gears comfortably; can decide and act without having the total picture; isn’t upset when things are up in the air; doesn’t have to finish things before moving on; can comfortably handle risk and uncertainty.
