Design Your Future at PVHManager, Color - Tommy HilfigerThe Manager, Color is responsible for managing all color related matters for TH NA and supporting the PVH overseas color teams ensuring the highest quality and profitability of the final product.Responsibilities:Manage and support design teams for color creation and color related issuesPartner to ensure global color teams are clear on seasonal color direction and color executionContinued assessment of current color processes and recommendations for best practices as it relates to cost/quality and speedAssess, identify and mitigate risk of color limitations and their effect on raw material  qualitiesOversee management of physical and digital color librariesTrouble shooting issues and escalating when appropriate.Maintain and support all color related information in PLM systemWork with color sourcing companies to ensure current inventory is maintained and new color developments are processed correctly and in a timely mannerEstablish and implement standard operating procedures and methods for the evaluation/approval of color submitsQualifications:College degree; Design/Textile degree, preferred5 -8  years of related Color experience within the textile/fashion industryTextile knowledge for color executionAble to adjust to the needs of the department in a rapidly changing business environmentStrong color eye, must pass Munsell testClear knowledge and usage of spectrophotometerProficiency in Excel, Power Point, PLM, MS Office SuiteVerbal comprehension & critical thinkingTime ManagementPresentation skillsStandard operating Procedures adherenceStrong written and oral communication skillsRequires ability to make balanced, commercially acceptable decisions in a timely manner to ensure products are reviewed, evaluated and approved within the required time to action calendar to support on time deliverablesWell-organized work approachPVH Corp. or its subsidiary ("PVH") is an equal opportunity employer and considers all applicants for employment on the basis of their individual capabilities and qualifications, consistent with applicable law and without regard to race, color, sex, gender identity or expression, age, religion, creed, national origin, citizenship status, sexual orientation, genetic information, physical or mental disability, military status or any other characteristic protected under federal, state or local law.
