The Armani Group is one of the leading fashion and luxury goods groups in the world today with 10,500 direct employees, 12 production plants and more than 2,704 boutiques in 60 countries around the world. As Client Relations Manager, you will be responsible to support the Client Relations Strategy for the US, Canada and Brazil. The Client Relations Manager will help to deliver well executed client actions, both in-store and outside. Actions will need to be executed with the highest quality control and brand standards in addition to seamless vendor management for Giorgio Armani resources (client gifts, invitations, etc). Help to create plans to address Top clients’ needs Study competition and industry to find new ways to retain customers Manage Client Relations Budget Collaborate with internal teams (e.g. merchandising, trade marketing, events, senior management) to address clients’ needs Help to source, launch and nurture partnerships that help to drive client acquisition Requirements Bachelor’s Degree preferred Minimum 5-7 years of Retail and Client Relations experience Proven experience as a Client Relations Manager Proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets Background in client services; industry knowledge is a plus A client-oriented attitude Excellent communication and negotiation skills Problem-solving aptitude BS/BA in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field Proficiency with computer systems (Microsoft Office).
