Strong customer-minded consultant, working hand-in-hand with category GM to drive customer-relevance, leveraging insights, analytics and customer strategy. Customer Insights, Analytics and Strategy Provide bespoke strategic support to the category team, bringing customer expertise to ensure merchandise decisions are customer-informed Represent all insights, analytics, customer strategy and unbiased voice of customer to the category teams Leverage, analyze and synthesize customer research and analytics to identify new insights related to category opportunities Bring expertise in customer segmentation strategy, customer lifecycle and customer opportunities to category team Identify category-specific opportunities based on customer data and analytics to improve relevance of offering and drive category performance Build trusted advisor relationships with category GM and sub-category teams at all levels Ensure executive stakeholders and category teams are working towards common customer goals and intended outcomes and assess and adjust the direction in response to changes Partner with Insights, Analytics, Strategy and Segmentation teams and Category team to influence and interpret high-level strategy direction into action Present recommendations and craft category-specific customer strategy Drive category-specific research and analytics priorities and support design and synthesis Required 5+ years relevant experience Brings an analytical mindset and is able to quickly translate customer data into actionable insights Detail-oriented, strategic thinker with strong analytical skills Proven ability to influence change and drive strategy Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in problem-solving environment Ideally consulting experience, or experience in influencing executive leadership Preferred
