We are seeking someone to join our Consumer Care team in St. Louis as a Manager, Consumer Care. Responsibilities As a Manager, Consumer Care, you will: Assures Consumer Care strategic direction aligns with, and contributes to achievement of Company goals and objectives Maintains thorough analysis and partnership to develop processes to reduce noise and expedite customer conflict resolution Provides the development of programs, feedback and rewards consistent with an Employer of Choice culture Collaborates with Consumer Care team to share best practices and evaluate opportunities to drive continuous improvement Lead 150 team member customer facing team to provide a strong focus on meeting service level, budget and performance targets via multi-channel engagement options for consumers; including calls, chat, email and social media Manage expense budget, forecast and staffing needs in partnership with Director and management team Benefits you’ll enjoy: 30% shoe discount Career development and growth opportunities Relaxed dress code Medical, vision and dental benefits 401(k) and company matching Qualifications We seek people with these qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field preferred 5+ years customer service and/or retail management experience, retail call center preferred Proven success in managing and developing large, high performing, metrics-driven retail or call center teams.
