This newly created position will partner with the Saks Off 5th HR colleagues, Finance and internal communications resources to execute the benefit priorities in support of the business and organizational culture objectives. The benefits manager will oversee a team that consists of benefits administrators, while also managing our relationships with third-party vendor support resources such as our benefits broker and 401(k) vendor. Manage and maintain company benefits site and benefit documents including all associate communications and legal documents Manage policies and procedures as necessary to ensure company compliance and drive clear and concise education of the benefits and programs Analyze and support the effective implementation, integration, and execution of employee health and welfare benefit programs to ensure accuracy in benefits delivery and regulatory compliance Research and develop innovative solutions supporting strategic initiatives, identifying trends in employee benefit programs Lead a variety of presentations to inform and educate management and employees about changes to benefit plans, administrative practices and legislative requirements and programs. Experience with self-insured medical plans preferred Expert in Microsoft Office Suite (WORD, EXCEL & PowerPoint) Experience using Workday HRIS preferred (will be migrating to Workday in 2022) Must be a self-starter and analytically oriented.
