Job Description Carter's, Inc. is the largest branded marketer in North America of apparel exclusively for babies and young children. These brands are sold in leading department stores, national chains, and specialty retailers domestically and internationally. Create and improve existing tools for modeling UPH Perform statistical analysis to investigate forecast variances and propose forecasting solutions Support development of financial models to support large scale projects and initiatives Develop & build sophisticated models to organize and analyze data Financial Reconciliation and Reporting (20%) Manage DC budget and forecast information related to operational plans Reconcile actual performance versus plans including gap and root cause analysis Serve as a liaison to corporate finance partners ROI Reporting/Tracking (20%) Work with the engineering team to predict ROI of proposed or prospective projects Track ROI on implemented projects using existing or created reporting Construct presentations on prospective or existing ROIs for executive leadership Identify process improvement opportunities, and provide data analysis support to operations/engineering teams Operational Management Reporting (20%) Support and lead data initiatives for the Braselton operations team Support site leadership in driving accountability / achieving performance targets via data analysis and reporting Create new reports to supply needed information to operations leadership Ensure existing LM reports are accurate and relevant to needed customers Build reusable data entry style templates for Operations, HR, IC, etc. Ability to use logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems. Process driven, identifying operational components and the impacts to the business Demonstrated success with multi-tasking and the ability to adapt to ever-changing environment while maintaining clear focus on all priorities.
