You will collaborate with the Mills sisters as well as with our design and production team, planner and buyer, marketing and social squad, and teammates in our other stores. Join our small but mighty team to run our store in the Montecito Country Mart where we are committed to wowing each other, our customers and our community. Malia and Carol’s Dad used to say, “Every day is a day in which to excel.” We take pride in keeping our store sparkling clean, well-organized and beautifully merchandised. On a scale of 1 to 5 we're looking for computer skills of 4 or better. Every member of our team engages in on the job learning about all aspects of our business.
