An effective Team Leader sets the highest of expectations and standards and holds the team to these standards. \- The YR Making Team Leader will lead a team of 6-10 technicians within 5-7 making areas. She/he will be exprected to work with the Area Leader to eliminate respective area related capability & behavior issues. \- Identify and drive TAL reduction throughout area on the shift. Have a keen awareness of the team members performance and capability and executing a plan to build skills and increase capability.
