The company is looking for a Maintenance Manager for their facility in Northern North Carolina. These facilities produce products for their market-leading and globally recognized brands/products. Job Purpose: Manage and coordinate Maintenance efforts to protect and improve our product and manufacturing performance Major Accountabilities/Essential Duties: Oversee/Direct Maintenance Participate in scheduled meetings with internal and external customers, raw material suppliers, machinery and mechanical component vendors Travel to represent the facility Strategically plan maintenance efforts and oversee execution for safety, quality, and productivity Keep abreast of new technologies and strategies for maintenance Act as a resource and or lead when atypical problems or issues arise for maintenance Develop, coach, maintain staff and all other direct assigns using internal and external resources Minimum Requirements: Education: 4-year degree in textiles or related degree for maintenance preferred but not required.
