Candidates we tend to hire • Experience doing daily custom suit fittings for men using made-to-measure • Previous work experience at Suitsupply, Indochino, or other MTM competitors • An existing client book they can bring over to sell to immediately • A desire to move on from traditional retail work and toward appointment based selling • A resume that shows advancement from entry level toward more responsibilities with men's custom clothing. • Fitting experience in women's custom tailoring a huge plus.
