Information regarding hours per week needed for benefit eligibility purposes can be found here.What You Will DoExceed sale goals by providing a personalized and elevated shopping experiences in-store and onlineDrive customer acquisition through networking opportunities, leverage social media to seek online and in-store traffic, and create and execute a compelling online presence to form awareness and promote the services and experiences you offerPartner with store team, vendors and community partners to develop and host virtual and in-store events to deliver incremental salesLeverage selling tools and resources to increase annual spend and repeat client visit rates through ongoing outreach and correspondence; invite customers to virtual and/or in-person appointments; promote goods, looks, and products that are relevant to your customerMake data driven decisions that will drive growth and understand your local market and customer baseMeet with the Store Manager on a regular basis to inform them of your performance, goals and actionsComplete daily and weekly tasks including checking emails, appointment booking upkeep, customer follow-up, content development and posts, and other duties as assignedAttend vendor trainings and development workshops as assignedShare your knowledge and support peers in growing their skillset while continuously developing yoursRegularly participate in store leadership meetings and visitsMaintain a clean, safe and inviting environment in alignment with our company standards and guidelinesFoster an environment of acceptance and respect that strengthens relationships, and ensures authentic connections with colleagues, customers, and communitiesWho You AreFlexible availability, including days, evenings, weekends and holidays with regular, dependable attendance and punctualityAbility to communicate and share information with diverse groups of customers and peersSelf-starter able to adapt quickly to changing customer expectations and needsResourceful and able to adapt quickly to changing priorities and deadlinesKeen sense of fashion, ability to coordinate items and suggestive selling techniquesExperience or familiarity with a variety of lifestyles, business segments and social media platforms while displaying credibility to interact with broad customer baseMinimum of 3 years retail experience or other high touch selling positionEssential Physical Requirements You Will PerformProlonged periods (at least two consecutive hours) of standing/walking around the store or departmentFrequent use of computers and handheld electronic equipmentReaching, including above eye level, crouching, kneeling, stooping and color visionLifting and moving items weighing up to 25lbsWhat We Can Offer YouJoin a team where work is as rewarding as it is fun!
