Maceoo Men's suiting- Store Manager

• Key Responsibilities

Customer Experience & Sales
• Deliver an exceptional, personalized client experience that reflects MACEOO’s luxury brand standards
• Drive and exceed individual and store sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Maintain an in-depth knowledge of product offerings and effectively communicate MACEOO’s brand heritage

Team Leadership & Development
• Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing sales team
• Provide ongoing coaching and support to ensure team engagement, productivity, and goal achievement
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and lead by example on the sales floor

Operations & Store Management
• Manage all daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and compliance with company policies
• Create and manage staff schedules to ensure appropriate floor coverage
• Maintain inventory accuracy through regular stock counts, organization, and replenishment processes
• Uphold visual merchandising standards in accordance with brand guidelines
• Ensure store cleanliness, organization, and adherence to safety and loss prevention protocols
• Maintain a neat and accurate client book and utilize CRM tools to foster long-term customer relationships

Collaboration & Strategy
• Partner with senior management to execute store strategies, promotions, and special events
• Monitor market trends and customer feedback to provide actionable insights and improve store performance

Qualifications
• 3+ years of experience in retail management, preferably in a luxury or premium fashion environment
• Demonstrated ability to lead a team, drive sales, and exceed performance goals
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering outstanding service
• Proficient in POS systems and CRM tools
• Proficient in Excel
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
