You will be responsible for handling Mac and Adobe support for multiple clients whose users are primarily fashion designers, graphic artists and illustrators. You'll need to have experience with Mac computers, as with Adobe software (Photoshop & Illustrator, Settings, Fonts, and Color) A BIG PLUS is if you have familiarity with Synology Servers, If you’ve supported users on Macs and/or with Adobe software in a Fashion or Textile company - this might be a good opportunity of you. You will be in the fray from day one. We’ll train you in the advanced stuff but no time to babysit. You will operate without a lot of handholding and will need to be accountable to enter your work tickets and reporting.
